LOTUS TYRES Tyre import & distribution

Warranty and after-sales service

Every Lotus Tyres tyre comes with a warranty card. Read the terms, what the warranty does not cover, and how a claim is handled.

Making a claim

Four steps, documented.

01

Get the warranty card

When you buy, take the completed, stamped warranty card from the representative.

02

Visit a representative

Bring the damaged tyre and its warranty card to an authorised representative.

03

Expert inspection

Our expert inspects the tyre and determines the cause of the damage.

04

Settlement

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the tyre is compensated or replaced, less the wear already used.

Warranty terms

What the warranty covers

  1. All provisions of the tyre sales and after-sales regulations published on irangs.ir are observed.
  2. Tyres supplied by Lotus Tyres, domestic or imported, are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of production.
  3. To claim, present the warranty card to any of our representatives. After inspection by our expert and confirmation of a manufacturing or inherent defect, the tyre is compensated or replaced under the regulations for damaged tyres, less the wear already used.
